We start with a tour of this vibrant city, venturing through the labyrinth of narrow medieval streets in the Gothic Quarter passing the beautiful architectural buildings, along the famous tree-lined La Rambla to the colourful La Boqueria market with its bustling infectious atmosphere. We then head to Santa Caterina Market, known by its multi coloured wavy roof which resembles a scene out of Ali Baba’s flying carpet. We have lunch in this energetic setting whilst soaking up the Catalonian vibes surrounding us.
Barcelona is such an amazing city, not just for the culture, food and nightlife but also for its laid back lifestyle. After digesting our lunch we head to Barceloneta Beach or the very beautiful Ciutadella park for an afternoon yoga session.

After breakfast we leave the city centre and catch the train to Lavern-Subirats where our bikes will be waiting for a morning of cycling.
Peddling through this beautiful countryside, our first stop is at the largest wine producing vineyards in Catalonia where we’ll walk around the plantation, learn about the different wines and of course sample some before we leave!
Lunch is a typical lazy Catalan meal before we head the city for a swim in the pool or, a Spanish siesta.
